The Brief
An outdoor gear reseller needed an identity tough enough to survive a warehouse and simple enough to screen-print in-house.
Process
I limited the whole system to one mark and one typeface early on, testing it stenciled onto a literal shipping crate before finalizing anything.

A rugged, utilitarian identity — one mark, one typeface, one packaging structure — built to be produced without a print shop.
Results
The in-house screen-printing setup the identity was designed for cut packaging costs by roughly a third.
