The Brief
A monthly jazz night needed a poster system flexible enough to announce a different lineup every month without a full redesign each time, on a volunteer-run budget.
Process
I built one grid and one rule — a single instrument silhouette, hand-set type — so a new poster could go from lineup announcement to print-ready in an afternoon.

Solution
Twelve posters over a year, each distinct but unmistakably part of the same series, printed as a limited run and sold at the door to fund the next month's show.
Results
The series became a minor collector's item among regulars — several venues asked to license the format for their own nights.
